The Study Of The Traditional "Rule By Rites" To Intervene The Problem Of New Rural Culture Construction

Recent years,new rural culture is developing rapidly,but during the cultural construction there are still some problems.For the construction of rural ontology culture,firstly,the emergence of various imitation of city cultural life,the urban construction spreads to rural areas,the loss of rural populations,the characteristic local traditional culture gradually disappears.Secondly,the personalized communication constrained by the ethics degrades,interpersonal life becomes full of interests,under the effects of interests,and the value orientation of individuals becomes more and more extremely,the social responsibility emphasized by the culture declines with the social utilitarian tendency.On the other hand,for the rural public cultural space,due to the weakness of public cultural identity,the disintegration of village community and the incomplete public cultural system,the formation of private culture are accelerating.For the construction of rural governments' culture of the rule of law,along with the development of modernization,here comes the weakness of the adjustment function brought by the etiquettes and regulations of folk rules,while the modern culture of rule of the law is not synchronized with the development of the new rural.From the multi-pronged approach to explore the problems of new rural cultural construction,we can give better constructive suggestiongs.The multifaceted development of rural culture is based on traditional culture,focusing on rural ontology culture to construct characteristic of rural culture system.It has great significance to satisfy the peasants' spiritual and cultural needs and safeguard the ocial stability in rural areas,to construct the new rural villages with harmonious countryside civilization.Therefore,through the analysis of actual case,the comparison combined with history,taking the etiquette culture as the breakthrough point,this paper provides solutions to the three aspects above: promoting the construction of the new rural ontology cultural with the traditional etiquette culture.Strengthening the construction of rural public cultural space by the etiquette cultural identity,rebuilding the village community under the influence of Collective culture' spirit,relying on the platform of public cultural activities,enriching the peasants' cultural life and strengthening the construction of public cultural service.Through the modern function of etiquette society and the consciousness of the “rule of etiquette” custom,rebuild the rural ethical paradigm of local rules,combined with the modern culture,improving rural governments' culture of the rule of law.This article discusses those problems above in the logical order of "problem – analysis – practice – analysis-theory study-actual case-countermeasures”.Through the analysis of the present situation of new rural culture construction in China,combined with the excellent tradition of “the rule of etiquette” culture,taking the ancient town Linhuan,Huaibei as examples,this paper provides some feasible proposals for the new rural ontology cultural construction,public cultural space construction and the construction of the culture of the rule of law.
