Study On Urban Commercial Custom In Modern Shanghai

Since modern times coming,Treaty ports opened and Shanghai became one of cities that mostly affected by capital commerce and management models from western countries.In Shanghai,it took substantial changes in economic structure,model of commercial activities and produced new phenomenon in management,transaction modes and merchant spirits.There was a picture exhibiting the combination between traditional models and modern ones that belonging to specific folk-custom in modern Shanghai commercial activities.Shanghai Zhu Zhi-Ci was flourished during Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.There are amounts of ZhuZhi-Ci to be preserved nowadays.Not only can they express emotions but also they record real life.The merits and traits are likely to prove really social history.As a kind of directly historical materials,the value of Zhu Zhi-Ci has been regarded as treasure of study in diverse subjects including history,literature,sociology,folklore,historical geography and cultural aesthetic.Taking the insufficient advantages into considerations,the article focus on the management and transaction from the respective of economic folklore.On the one hand,the goal is based on discussing about the traits of commercial activities and the models of transaction.On the other hand,the study is probed in commodity consciousness,operation philosophy and cultural psychology in modern Shanghai commercial society.
