Survey And Study On Community Music Performances At Entertainment Places In Shanghai

With the development of shanghai economy, a variety of musical performance appear on much more entertainment centers. The performance brings audience satisfaction as well as the form of articles bring those who takes an active part in the performance some certain benefits in economy.It's not only about the operation of the performance market, but also including the survival of performers in society musical culture performance market. From the angle of ethnomusicology, I surveyed on the development of commercial music performance in shanghai from 2003 to 2009 which is by interview and investigation. From the result, we probable analyze and conclude the system of operation in the market by the statement of entertainment places, agencies and the performers. We discuss some factors on the development of the musical performances, finding out a few problems as well as giving several creative suggestions. I also analyze the market to state the quality and value of the musical performance by Bourdieu's Theory.
