Study On Huang Nansen's Thought Of Human Rights

From the period of the Anti Japanese War and the reform and opening up,The birth and development of Mr. Huang Nansen's human rights thought has experienced a tortuous process,it has a wealth of ideological content.It has important theoretical support and practical guiding significance for the construction of socialist human rights in China.The origin of Huang Nansen's thought of human rights is rooted in his own experiences in the previous social movements,but in the form of its,directly in the early period of reform and opening up, the historical reflection of the theory and the background of the debate on the issue of humanism and alienation.In general, Huang Nansen's thoughts of human rights experienced in the 1980 s, the formation period, development period in the 1990 s and the new century scientific period. Its main content includes three aspects.First of all, he is from the Marx doctrine on the nature of the practice of social position, the Western ideas of human rights to sort out and dialectical evaluation,he points out its positive significance and historical limitations,such as abstraction, deception, etc,to highlight the nature of its own Marx.Secondly, he starts from the dialectical relationship between human rights and humanity,from the perspective of humanism as a kind of world view or as a basic distinction of moral principles,he analyzes the relationship between Marxism and human rights that Marxism contains scientific human rights thought content, human rights is one of the important aspects of the development of socialism in China.Third, he set out from human rights and sovereignty, collective human rights and individual human rights dialectical relations,he proved the legitimacy of China's human rights career path of development, and deepen the understanding of the relevant theoretical issues.These ideas are valuable to build a scientific theory of human rights and to consolidate the theoretical basis of the attack against abstract human rights theory;for the consolidation of the socialist human rights construction, the formation of human rights and human rights education specific measures to promote the practice of people-oriented socialist core values,they have important practical significance.
