Reflection On The Beijing Haze Problem In The Perspective Of Environmental Ethics

Beijing is a typical city which suffers from haze in recent years. Citizens sustain the pain of unhealthy breathing. Under the shadow of the haze, people's physical-and mental health, the normal operations of the social economy, the credibility of the government and even the international image, have been greatly undermined. The reflection of Beijing haze is imminent In fact, Beijing haze has exceeded the simple weather problems, the source of haze problem in Beijing is the man-made pollution, The essence of Philosophy is the imbalance between man and nature, and the human being's moral absence of nature; in particular, the misconduct and neglect of environmental responsibility when dealing with the relationship between nature, society and human being themselves. And environmental ethics is the study of human being's moral responsibility to nature and behavior norms. It can regulate the relationship among the above three. So this paper analyzes the problem of haze in Beijing from the perspective of environmental ethics.This paper is divided into four parts. First of all, the problem lack of environmental responsibility is raised. On the basis of this, the second part starts with the analysis of the research object, combined with haze source data analysis from relative experts, scientific analysis to haze ingredients, it finds the main source of Beijing haze:vehicle exhaust pollution, foreign transport pollution, coal-burning pollution, part of the polluting enterprises and urban construction. The philosophical essence behind these pollution contributions is the dislocation of the relationship between man and nature. The third part deeply analyzes the causes of the environmental ethics, this paper finds out that this kind of dislocation is embodied in three kinds of relations:It has been discovered that under the influence of utilitarian value, human beings, when dealing with the relation with environment, recklessly damage the environment and show less respect to the inner value of it. When dealing with the relationship between human being and society, we need to establish environmental justice, sustainable development of environmental ethics. In dealing with the relationship between human being and themselves, a green consumption concept, low carbon travel, simple life shall be fostered and it will be needed to strengthen the public's ecological moral education, and create a good atmosphere.
