Network game?music plays an important role in learning and life on College Students,now many studies have explored the effects of network?music on aggression of College Students.Studies have found that violent video games can increase people's aggression,and the prosocial video games can reduce people's aggression;at the same time,previous researches have found that songs of having violent lyrics can increase individual's aggression,the songs of having prosocial lyrics can reduce individual's aggression.However,if the network combined with the music,background music of network game will produce what kind of effect on College Students,the internal mechanism of background music of network game influences its aggressive behavior and how it is;these things are worth our further study.Therefore,the purpose of the research is to explore the influence of different types of network games of background music on aggressive emotion?cognition and behavior.Two experiments get 2*2 between subjects,including two types of music(negative emotion and positive emotion).Before formal experiments;the research adopts the experimental way to screening our music materials,respectively getting three songs from five songs in accordance with the requirements of the experiment.In Experiment 1,62 college students were randomly to play pop kart game under two kinds of background music,and then complete the tests of aggressive emotion and behavior.In Experiment 2,60 subjects were assigned to two kinds of background music to play pop kart game,then complete the aggressive cognition and behavior.The result of this study are follows:(1)In aggressive emotion scores,gender and types of residence are not significantly different;and in aggressive behavior score,significant gender differences,boys scored higher than girls,and urban and rural subjects scores were not significant.(2)Interaction effects of gender and types of music on aggressive behavior is not significant,boys scored significantly higher than girls;the main effect of music scores significantly,aggressive behavior induced by negative emotional background music was significantly higher than that of induced positive emotion background music.(3)The interaction of gender and music types influence aggressive emotion is not significant,the main effect of gender is not significant;but the main effect of music types is significant,under music of negative emotion is significantly higher than the positive music.(4)On the prediction effect that background music of network game induced aggressive behavior,there is an intermediary role by 62.79%through aggressive emotion to induce aggressive behavior,and the direct effect is 37.21%.Aggressive emotion plays an intermediary role on the background music of network game influences aggressive behavior.(5)The interaction is not significant between gender and music types influence aggressive cognition,the main effect of gender is not significant;however the main effect of music types is not significant,under negative music aggressive cognition is higher than positive music.(6)On the prediction effect that background music of network game induced aggressive behavior,there is an intermediary role by 24.42%through aggressive cognition to induce aggressive behavior,and the direct effect is 75.58%.Aggressive cognition plays an intermediary role on the background music of network game influences aggressive behavior.
