With the rapid development of modern science and technology, people's entertainment has become diverse, the dissemination of culture and interactive entertainment of the game industry, in today, with the advent of the Web 2.0 era is booming. The content and style of the game also become more innovative with the improvement of the aesthetic and the needs of the players. Steam punk game, a kind of screen style retro, alternative, and the steam energy as the driving force of the nostalgia of science fiction game, in the near future by the game player's attention and love. However, this kind of style game in Chinese game is rare masterpiece in the market. The reason, in addition to China's game market development lag and lack of personnel and other objective conditions, the most fundamental reason is the Steampunk games lack original world concept design as well as to ignore the regional culture of game scene design. Because the virtual world in the game, the game scene is the core of the whole game bearing part, a background story of the game, the essence of culture is needed in the game scene environment embodied. So this will be through the scene design in Steampunk style game "Putuo", to analyze the impact of Steampunk style brings to our country game scene design, to inspire people.In the part of introduction in the first chapter, the steam punk scene in the game development background, research purpose, research significance and academic circles at home and abroad study on steam punk scene in the game situation analysis, construction of a finishing the research framework of the dissertation. The second chapter, through an overview of Steampunk culture, game scene design, combined with the current situation of the development at home and abroad Steampunk games proposed our Steampunk games there are geographical and cultural issues such as lack of. In the third chapter, through the analysis of the problem of "regional cultural loss in the domestic steam punk game", this chapter presents a design process of the game scene from three aspects of the game world view, map and architecture. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter respectively from the steam punk game world outlook design, scene map design, scene design, cultural elements into aspects of combined with China's traditional culture and traditional architectural features, explore personal game "Putuo biography" scene design.
