Chinese Style Steampunk On Modelling Design Vison Innovation Research

Nowadays,with the development of market diversification,people's aesthetic ability has been continuously improved after the baptism of information explosion.In the eyes of most people,traditional design style and expression methods have become outdated.In particular,people's modern consumption concept changes from "others have what I have" to "I want what others don't have".the aesthetic pursuit of things has also become a manifestation of individuality.At the same time,in the face of invasion of foreign cultures,the indigenous design of our country lacks independent innovation,and there is a danger of being gradually assimilated by the West.On this basis,the innovation point of this research is put forward: combining the traditional Chinese modeling elements with the unique expression form of steampunk,creating a refreshing design work.First of all,the paper examines the birth history of steampunk.By analyzing the difference between steampunk and cyberpunk,it further clarifies and defines the concept of steampunk.As well as discussing the social structural features of steampunk,it analyzes the characteristics of steampunk subculture and the aesthetic pursuit of the audience.Then,through the analysis of a large number of steampunk design works or film and television animation and other practical cases,sum up steampunk in the modeling of performance techniques and characteristics.Secondly,it outlines the concept of "Chinese style" design,summarizes the traditional Chinese visual elements that can be combined with steam punk through practical examples,and finally integrates the two styles in the design practice,using illustrations,three-dimensional sculptures and half respectively.Three-dimensional decorative painting and other forms to express.The purpose is to strengthen the influence of steampunk and Chinese wind art forms on the one hand,and on the other hand,to strengthen modern designers' imitation of foreign design styles while at the same time intending to preserve Chinese traditional culture,and on the other hand,to cater to modern people's uniqueness to design works.Demand,the traditional elements with Chinese characteristics were refined and changed by art,boldly tried new design concepts and ideas,and incorporated steampunk's patchwork mechanical aesthetics concepts to explore “steam punk” and “Chinese style”.The visual feast that collided with different styles produced new design elements,new design techniques,new design thinking,inspired the designers in the future design,and provided more for designers' creation.Possibility for consumers to accept foreign cultures and admire foreign artistic styles while passing on Chinese traditional history and culture.
