Management Of Cultural Industry In Hunan Province Research On Investment And Financing Risk

If the general industry is the hard power of a country or a region, there's no doubt that culture industry is the soft power of this country or region. Their combination constitutes the overall strength of a country or a region. As a cornerstone, hard power directly affects the performance of soft power. On the contrary, soft power also influences the function of hard power. Therefore, the development of hard and soft power are both indispensable.In terms of the current economic structure and characteristics of Hunan province, the development of culture industry is vital for the economic development of the province for a long time in the future. As a great cultural province, Hunan province has always focused on the development of culture industry. With its rich cultural resources and deep-rooted cultural background, it has made impressive achievements in the culture industry. But the culture industry in Hunan province still belongs to a new industry. Compared to the general industry, it exists asset-light, mortgage deficiency, low risks and other weaknesses. No matter the general industry or culture industry, their development has a close relation with its financial support. So the study of Hunan culture industry investment and financing risk management is a major focus in current study.In this article, the basic theory of culture industry investment and financing risk management is introduced at first. By analyzing this theory with the present situation of Hunan culture industry and its investment and financing together, a conclusion is obtained that there are four defects in Hunan cultural industry. They are as follows: enterprise financing difficulty of investment and financing of culture industry in Hunan Province, incompatible with the current financial system, lack of financial cooperation channels and imperfect investment and finance policy. To the four defects, this paper adopted the expert evaluation method on the Hunan culture industry investment and financing risk identification; and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the various evaluation index, then calculate the comprehensive evaluation results.Finally, based on integrated evaluation results, five macro strategies, including improving risk consciousness, spreading risk management common sense, strengthening legal regulations construction, perfecting emergency response system, and developing culture industry insurance, are proposed in this paper on Hunan province culture industry. Apart from those macro strategies, in micro, it is proposed that Enterprises should control in Hunan province culture industry from six angles of financial risk, market risk, management risk, financial risk, technology risk, completed risk Hunan province culture industry voted financing risk. By the five strategies and six angles proposed in this article, certainly can provide some help to the stable and rapid development of culture industry in Hunan province.
