The Research On E Project Risk Identification, Evaluation And Control Of Cultural Industry Of A Company

In the context of the current economic restructuring,the government has begun to put more support policies and the scarcity of resources to the cultural industries.The platform is the carrier of cultural industry and cultural industry projects,because of the cultural industry itself is a typical high risk,high investment and high return industry,which determines the cultural industry will face higher risk.Therefore,it needs to solve a series of problems of risk culture industry project development process to analyze the diagnosis,and strict control,in order to promote stable and healthy development of the cultural industry projects.This paper selects large-scale cultural investment limited company A in Xi'an city as the research object,the author through the analysis of the achievements and problems of cultural industry development has the practical value of this study.The author discusses the concept of cultural industry,the risk management theory,to provide theoretical guidance for the study.the author introduces the e cultural industry project,this paper presents the process and methods of risk identification,from the angle of external environment,project investment and operation of the analysis the environment of the project,clear the sources of risk.Referring to previous research results,the risk is divided into system risk and non system risk.On the basis of this,the risk factors of E project are put forward.The author will invite experts to determine the final risk factors for the E project by means of a questionnaire survey.The risk is evaluated from two aspects: the possibility of the occurrence of the risk and the degree of the risk loss.The author analyzes the historical data of the cultural industry projects invested by A,from which the probability of the risk occurring in the E project and the average value of the losses are calculated,and the risk matrix diagram of the E project is drawn.As can be seen,the public awareness is low,failed to integrate into the local culture,poor project revenue,the project schedule delays and operational safety risks exist in the high and high risk factors.Finally,based on the risk identification and evaluation,the author developed the idea of E project risk response,and put forward the specific measures of risk control.The research of this paper has a guiding role for A company to identify the status of the development of cultural industry,to identify the risk,to control the risk,and to increase the robustness of the company's operation.At the same time,for other industry project risk management also has a certain reference value.
