The Analysis To The Countermeasures Of Promoting Exhibition Quality In Northwest Bureau Of CPC Central Committee Revolutionary Site

In order to enhance the comprehensive guidance in the Northwest, in May 1941,CPC decided to merge two groups(CPC Northwest Working Committee, which was built in early 1939, and Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Central Bureau) into Northwest Bureau of CPC Committee, governing the works in northwest area uniformly.Its first office was in Zhangya Village, which was in the north of Yan'an, and was moved to Huashiyabian in the south of Yan'an in September 1942. In March 1947, with the intrusion of Hu Zongnan's troop, its offices withdrew from Yan'an separately, and moved to Northern Shaanxi. In April 1948, CPC army recovered Yan'an, and in middle of May,its authority moved back to Yan'an, living in Wangjiaping temporarily. Xi'an was liberated in May 1949 and the Northwest Bureau moved to Xi'an in June. The sites in Zhangya Village and Wangjiaping Village have not existed(Zhangya Village site only retained part of caves), and only Huashiyabian site is preserved relatively completely.There are 46 caves, a big and a small meeting room in Huashiyabian site now. Here is the office from September 1942 to March 1947, and the secretary is shouldered by Gao Gang,etc. In May 2006, our country made a decision that the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee is classified to Yan'an Revolutionary Site in the list of the first Important Historical Monuments under Special Preservation(1961). The Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site is an important part in red tourism and has significant status.In the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, Northwest Bureau adhered to the Anti-Japanese War in northwest region, strengthened the construction of the party and regime, made important achievements, and the outstanding performance is let theShaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region become the model of the anti-Japanese Democratic Base areas. It led military and civilian in border region to defend the border region and support the front line during the liberation war, making important contributions to the final victory.In this thesis, the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site will be discussed in detail, in order to show the real situation of the exhibition quality and countermeasures. The introduction briefly introduces the topic basis and significance,research of history and present situation review, research methods, innovations and data sources. The body is the main part of the thesis, and is divided into eight chapters:The first chapter discusses the basic situation of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee from historical merit, location and change, realizing that the Northwest Bureau was the representative office in northwest area, which was built under special historical conditions by CPC leaders to lead works uniformly. It highlights its important position and far-reaching meaning.The second chapter discusses the present condition and repair of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site. The present condition is that it is one of the good relics in Yan'an, and basically retains the original appearance of the site.Northwest Bureau Memorial Hall was built later, exhibit environment is elegant, cultural accumulation is abundant, literature usage is standardized, full of high scientific and technological content, and is one of the few high-qualified memorial hall in Yan'an. The maintenance is that office site protection project started in April 2007, completed in July2009. In October 2010, Yan'an Northwest Bureau revolutionary site management office was set up. In 2011, Yan'an municipal committee and government compiled the Yan'an revolutionary site group protection planning, investing heavily in the protection of the Northwest Bureau site group, and improving the exhibition quality. In July 2013,continuous heavy rains hit Yan'an, and the Northwest Bureau site suffered serious damage. Shaanxi Province, Yan'an municipal government and heritage sector accelerated the work of recovery, completed the construction of scenic protection and disaster rescueand restoration tasks and officially opened to tourists. The Northwest Bureau Memorial Hall service project was officially launched in August 2012 and start construction in November. In July 2013, the main project was acceptance, in August, the main is sealed;at the end of the same year, the infrastructure projects such as the inside display and peripheral environment reconstruction is finished.The third chapter discusses the problems and countermeasures of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site, and is divided into two parts. The first part is the reason of exhibition, and is four aspects: the actual exhibition object is not very full, its characteristic and other factors lead to more difficult recovery, research field needs to be further expanded and other reasons. The second part is the problems and countermeasures of exhibition display, and has two aspects: the main problems are the site of the Northwest Bureau is not complete, historic, scientific and academic inadequate.The main strategy is based on the actual situation, trying to restore the real scene; strictly respecting to the history, in order to highlight the history; paying attention to scientific planning, and striving to enhance science; effort in data collection and other aspects to constantly enrich and perfect, to emphasize the scientific nature. The problems and countermeasures of the Northwest Bureau Memorial Hall: the general problem is that the theme is insufficient. Overall countermeasures are that in this part of the exhibition, fully highlighting the theme, and striving to reproduce the clear picture.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the social value of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee revolutionary site exhibition. It is divided into two parts: the first part is the connotation of the social value: inheriting the Yan'an spirit, broadcasting patriotism; developing the socialist core values, promoting the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; exploring the spirit of the times, promoting the development of the society. The second part is the practice of social value: Yan'an Poverty Alleviation and Development Bureau organizes the Party members and cadres to study; Yan'an People Political Party members and cadres visit and study; Yan'an Municipal Agricultural Bureau Party Committee organizes the Party members and cadres to visit and study.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the guiding ideology and basic ideas of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site exhibition. It is divided into two parts: the first part is the guiding ideology – the overall or macro guiding ideology is the spirit of the relevant documents on memorial hall, museum, display,exhibition, which is formulated by the Ministry of culture, Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau and the State Cultural Relics Bureau. Specific or microscopic guiding ideology is close to life, close to history, close to the masses. The second part is the basic idea. It infiltrates the ideas “returning to history” and “highlighting personality” to specific distribution, using the method that combines letting heritage be alive and discovering the stories behind the cultural relics, as well as combines withstanding the baptism of the soul and enriching people's spiritual life, embodying the historical, topical,scientific and academic nature, letting it become the base for patriotic education.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the target of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site exhibition. It has the following four objectives: the first, further reduction of the history, highlighting the history; the second, the theme of the exhibition is more clear, highlighting the theme of it; the third, the exhibition features are more clear, enhancing the scientific nature; the fourth, academic exhibition is more concentrated, emphasizing academic.The seventh chapter mainly discusses the proposal of the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site exhibition. It has the following four aspects: first,implying the main theme of Northwest Bureau revolutionary site; second, highlighting the history of the Northwest Bureau revolutionary site exhibition; third, enhancing the scientific nature of Northwest Bureau revolutionary site exhibition; fourth, in other parts of the proposal to Northwest Bureau revolutionary site exhibition.The eighth chapter makes a summary. Northwest Bureau not only plays a great role in the northwest region, but also has a greater impact in the country. Study on the Northwest Bureau of CPC Central Committee revolutionary site exhibition and promoting exhibition quality can effectively implement the important indication ofGeneral Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening the spirit of protection of cultural relics,also can effectively implement the doctrines of “Museum Regulations” and other related cultural relics, which is an effective way to protect cultural relics; transferring social education and public services through the revolutionary site of this platform, which can better achieve the social function; revolutionary spirit and patriotism education can better develop the socialist core values, firmly establishing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's lofty ideals and beliefs; contributing to the restoration and reconstruction the real history of the Northwest Bureau, which is the focus of the work,and one of the innovations in this thesis.
