There exists a problem that senior middle school students are under great pressure from heavy study loads. The great pressure leads to psychological problems,which can reduce students’ positive emotions, leading to lower subjective well-being.As an important component of positive psychology,subjective well-being gets a lot of research, especially for the adolescence students.There is a vicious cycle in big study pressure and unreasonable time arrangement,which seriously affects the subjective well-being. The paper, following a review of related studies at home and abroad,conducts a questionnaire survey among210senior students in Zhaoyuan city of Shandong province.A total of210senior students were tested with Subjective Well-being Scale of Adolescent,Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and Academic Pressure Test.Then correlation analysis and regression analysis were taken by using spss18.0.Based on findings of this study the following conclusions have been drawn:1.Subjective well-being in senior students is worse than the middle level.2.To single dimension and the whole questionnaire of Subjective Well-being Scale of Adolescent, there is no significant difference in gender and professional.3.The sense of time value and time monitoring concept of senior students are better than the middle level,but the self-efficacy of time is worse than the middle level.4.To single dimension and the whole questionnaire of Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale, there is no significant difference in gender and professional.5.Academic pressure of senior students is so big; amount them about60%senior students suffer from academic pressure.6.There exists two situations on the average scores of pressure:Male students’ score is bigger than female students’;science students’ score is bigger than liberal arts students’.But there is no significant difference in gender and professional.7.There are statistically significant correlations among the dimension of time management tendency,study presser and subjective well-being.8.Time monitoring concept, self-efficacy and sense of time value can significantly positively predict subjective well-being; the higher the time management’s scores, the stronger the subjective well-being.9.Academic pressure can significantly negatively predict subjective well-being; the lower the academic pressure’s scores, the higher subjective well-being.
