Sculpture, as beautify the city and for some special commemorative sculpture,monuments and enjoy having a certain symbolic significance or implication ornamental. The history of sculpture art as alongwith as the history of human civilization, sculpture shapes, cultural and spiritual embodied in sculpture are different in the different times. Decorative sculpture as a form of plastic arts, not only gives the public visually pleasing external form of impressions, but also let the public experience a higher level of spiritual and cultural enjoyment in the material and cultural life. Decorative sculpture is one of the city sculpture, decorative sculpture style can be freely varied, become the highlight and embellishement in the environment space.This paper studies the relationship between decorative sculpture and environment space in the modern urban sculpture, and as a basis for the design practice.
