| Virtual animation(including animation and games) as an important part of the cultural and creative industries, has become an important driving force of economic development, has a broad development prospects. Animation and games are the product of cultural content, creative thinking and digital technology, which is leading the development of the contemporary cultural industry with its advanced production technology and unique art performance. Any complete animation and game must have three elements: the story, the role and the scene. The scene is in addition to the role of animation in all images, is the entire animation and game stories and characters to live environment. The landscape architecture is the main scene of virtual animation, through the design and performance of the landscape, it can show the animation and game art style and national style. A good animation or game success, landscape features and contrast is an important link.Therefore, this paper takes the virtual animation as the research object, through the discussion of the specific design method and the design principle of the landscape architecture, and discusses the interactive application of virtual animation and real life. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, discusses the research background, research contents, research methods of this paper; and a summary of domestic and foreign research literature of landscape design, summarizes the current research status; the second part is the theoretical basis of this paper, mainly the meaning and content of the landscape landscape design, meaning and content of virtual animation; the third part is to discuss the virtual animation in landscape architecture, including the role of landscape architecture in the virtual animation: expression of relationship between time and space, heighten the drama atmosphere, style show; and illustrate the style of landscape architecture in the virtual animation performance, with "Afanda" respectively.
