The presentation effect of skill movements in Chinese classical dance is the basic element and plays an important role in the whole dance performance.No matter what type of skill movement is inseparable from the core strength of the dancer.The purpose of this study is to design a set of training program based on core strength to improve the presentation and completion of skill movements in Chinese classical dance.The training program covers 20 kinds of training methods in the four dynamic practice stages,posture maintenance in the state of core stability,posture maintenance while doing controlled movement,posture maintenance in the state of body instability and dynamic practice in the state of body instability.The core strength training program is carried out for the learners of Chinese classical dance comparably with the conventional program.Through the experimental verification and comparison,the positive impact of the core strength training program on improving the completion and presentation of Chinese classical dance skill movements,especially the two basic skills of control jumping " control side leg " and "two-foot jump in place".More specifically,the following conclusions are drawn through this study by using the methods of literature,expert interview,expert questionnaire,experiment,high-speed camera and analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.(1)As for the control skill movement "control side leg",the maximum angle between the two thighs became obviously larger,and the change angle became obviously smaller after the core strength training program.Compared with conventional program,the core strength training program can effectively improve the control force and control angle of the skill movement.(2)With regard to the "two-foot jump in place" skill movement,the core strength training program can significantly prolong the hang time and raise the hang height of the dancers when comparing with the conventional program.(3)As for the two basic skills of control jumping,the core strength training program can effectively improve the muscle control ability and jumping ability of the dancers,compared with conventional program,thus exert a positive impact on the completion and presentation of the two skill movements.
