Borderline personality disorder(BPD)is a common personality disorder.Patients with borderline personality disorder respond more quickly and more emotionally than other personality disorders to environmental stimuli.They are highly sensitive to emotional stimuli and have strong emotional responses and emotional difficulties.This emotional susceptibility traits affect the emotional conditioning of patients with borderline personality disorder.This study was designed to investigate the effects of different emotional conditioning modalities on emotional responses in patients with borderline personality disorder.Emphasis on cognitive reassessment and emotional regulation of two kinds of emotional regulation of the emotional side of the role of patients with personality disorders.The subjects in the study group were selected from mental health department of Hebei Medical University and Shijiazhuang No.8 Hospital.First of all,personality disorder diagnosis questionnaire test,selected in the edge of personality disorder score score in 5 or more patients for further interviews.The interview was based on DSM-IV personality disorder clinical testing as interview material,screening of BPD patients were selected as study group.In the control group,age and sex were used as the reference,and the personality questionnaire was used to screen the volunteers.The patients with BPD score less than 2 were included in the normal control group.In the experiment,the emotional responses and physiological responses of the subjects were tested by using the video clips.The physiological indexes of the subjects were measured by biofeedback meter.Reflecting the differences of the subjects in the face of different intensity stimuli,and the effects of different emotional processes on the behavior of the BPD population.The conclusion is as follows:The baseline stage,borderline personality disorder group and control group in anger and contempt there are differences between the two kinds of emotional expression.Positive emotions,control group interest and happiness is higher than borderline personality disorder group of participants.Looking at neutral emotions lexperimental stage,the pain and sadness on BPD patients is significantly higher than control group.Watch the negative emotions fragment 2 experimental stage,tension and fear of BPD groups had no added value is significantly higher than control group.In the process of watching,cognitive reappraisal group of BPD subjects felt nervous and fear of change values were significantly lower than the suppression of BPD.In the recovery phase,the suppression of BPD group participants still fear is significantly higher than the cognitive reappraisal group.From watching the former to watch during the recovery period,suppression of BPD group participants experience more negative emotions,restore slower.Effect of Emotional Suppression: Although the subjects were encouraged to suppress the emotional experience as much as possible,the emotional suppression strategies did not reduce the physiological response and subjective experience,and the negative emotions reported by the subjects increased.The results showed that emotional suppression did not achieve the desired effect.Effect of cognitive re-evaluation: In this study,the cognitive-reassessment approach used in patients with borderline personality disorder was effective in reducing both the physiological response and subjective experience.This suggests that cognitive reassessment is a feasible way to deal with strong negative emotions,and cognitive reassessment is an effective modality for patients with borderline personality disorder.
