This thesis tries to sort out the concept of justice put forward by Plato from the perspective of ethics, with Plato's "ideal country" as the main text. And then, through a comparison,of the two aspects of individual justice and national justice analyze the main issue of Plato's concept of justice. The first part mainly introduces the basis and significance of the dissertation. And then through the study of the status quo at home and abroad to illustrate the paper on the subject of the basic grasp of the situation and its feasibility. The second part explains the main content of Plato's view of justice by interpreting the discussion of justice in the "ideal country".First of all,Plato's theory of justice is highly theoretical,or is to explore the justice should be what the concept of justice as the main purpose.thus,he intended to figure out the root of justice by distinguishing between justice and injustice as a clue, traced back to the individual soul of justice.Secondly,in order to demonstrate the root of justice in reality,we must relate the virtue of moderation to understand. It can be said that in Plato's view, only through developing the virtue of moderation, can make the soul in a state of justice. Finally,Plato argues that justice plays a fundamental important role in social functioning.Only by realizing justice can we achieve the inner harmony of society. The third part is based on the combing of the inner relationship between individual justice and social justice to illustrate the theoretical structure of plato's view of justice. In terms of the performance of individual justice, justice is closely related to the virtue of moderation.City-state justice is the performance of their duties. These two aspects of the performance has a certain theoretical correlation. To a considerable extent,Plato's view of individual justice and urban justice is structurally similar: personal justice is the state of harmony of individual souls, and is achieved through moderation;urban justice is the state of harmony of the city, and its manifestation is the Division of the job.In theory, these two kinds of justice embodies a sense of order. The fourth part mainly discusses the relationship between Plato's justice and real politics.Plato judged the merits and demerits of the social system based on whether it has justice or not.and made a choice between how the various institutional forms existed at that time.Democracy is an important issue in contemporary politics, and Plato's judgment on democracy is particularly worthy of attention. Therefore, this paper combs its related arguments, and made a corresponding comment.
