An Investigation And Study Of Chinese Teaching On The Current Situation In Klaipeda, Lithuania

As we all know, Confucius Institute already has entered a stable development stage.It not only develops well in some World Powers with which we are familiar, but also focuses on some small and potential countries in the Mid-East Europe, like Lithuania.The development objects are not only undergraduates, but expends to teenagers and adults who have actual needs about Chinese. So this thesis pays attention to the high school students and adult groups in Klaipeda,seizing the Chinese volunteer teacher teaching Chinese in Klaipeda University and Azuolyno Gymnasium as a precious opportunity to study and analyze the Chinese teaching situation in this region.The thesis is made up of four chapters. In the introduction section, it briefly introduces the purpose and meaning of this thesis. The first chapter introduces the current situation of Vilnius Confucius Institute and two Chinese language teaching centers in Klaipeda. The second chapter is centered on Chinese course, explaining the situation about Chinese class, textbook, teachers and learners. The third thesis mainly describes the survey and analyzes the reasons about this research. The fourth chapter gives a summary about the whole text, providing some concrete suggestions on classroom,teachers and students about Chinese course in Klaipeda.
