Globalization makes intercultural communication a necessity, because of the different language and cultural background, the emergence of friction and misunderstanding is inevitable, and sometimes even rise to conflict, improper handling of conflict is bound to have a negative impact on both sides of the communication. How to alleviate and reduce the cultural conflict, to ensure that communicators are more active and effective intercultural communication is always committed to research and discussion at home and abroad an important issue. In this paper, the purpose of this study is based on the previous research on the cultural conflict, the use of psychology, linguistics, communication and other theoretical cross-research methods, combined with the real case of Chinese international education, cultural conflict in-depth Analysis and exploration. It is found that the causes of cultural conflict are the differences of values, ways of thinking and social norms, and analyzes the impact of cultural conflict on the promotion of Chinese international education. Finally, the paper puts forward a six-point coping strategy for teachers and students of cross-cultural communication in Chinese international education, that is, teachers and students cultivate all-round cross-cultural communication ability, teachers and students together to build a wide range of thinking, teachers and students work together to enhance Active cross-cultural adaptability, teachers and students to establish an equal share between the "third culture", teachers use the cross-cultural teaching ability, teachers sublimation inclusive love. This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose and value of this study, ideas and methods, and cross-cultural communication at home and abroad to do a brief overview of the literature, while the source of the study sample.The second part is the manifestation of cultural conflict in intercultural communication and the practical significance of the study. It introduces the concept of cross-cultural communication and the definition and manifestation of cultural conflict,discusses the inevitability of cultural conflict and the necessity of research in cross-cultural communication.The third part is the analysis of the types and causes of cultural conflict in intercultural communication. The division of cultural conflict types begins with the results of cultural conflict and the forms of cultural conflict, By analyzing the research samples summed up the three types of cultural conflicts main reason.The fourth part describes the impact of cultural conflict in intercultural communication on the promotion of Chinese international education and the corresponding coping strategies. It discusses the promotion of Chinese international education from both positive and negative effects, and puts forward six questions for teachers and students related coping strategies.The fifth part is the conclusion, on the shortcomings of the paper and make a summary of innovation.
