Research On The Motivation Mechanism And Innovate The Mode Of Capital Investment On Public Culture Construction In China

Recently,our country in the process of the socialization of the public cultural service system always grow fast.The government's investment in public culture has been increasing year by year,but the gap is bigger than the actual demand,as well as the corresponding complement of social forces.Therefore,to explore the power of investment mechanism and model for the summary of the funding path is significance.This paper is divided into five parts.The purpose of this paper is to explore the dynamic mechanism,innovation mode and effective way of social capital participation in the process of socialization of public cultural construction.The first part discusses the current situation of capital investment in public cultural construction,through the current situation of the survey to get the current problems,and found that the current lack of funds,lack of social capital cooperation channels and platforms and other issues,And then analyzes the current problems,and summed up the social capital investment in China's development obstacles.The second part mainly studies the motive mechanism of social capital investment in public culture construction.Through the analysis of capital investment,the article then studies the dynamic mechanism of social capital investment in China,and puts forward the mechanism of socialization from the aspects of incentive system,integrating the social service resources and standardizing the socialization way.The third part explores the mode of capital investment in public culture construction.First,it analyzes the present model of our country,and finds out the problem from the development of the model,and puts forward the innovation mode of "cultural resources + industry benefit",and further analyzes and discusses.The fourth part compares the excellent cases of socialized capital investment,especially the operation mechanism,the development process and the effect of the two excellent practice cases.The last part analyzes the social status of capital investment,the current social investment and financing and other issues,summed up the current way of social capital investment effective way,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
