The Emotional Expression In The Creation Of Oil Painting Devoted To Ujimqin Grassland

Ujimqin grassland lies in the northeast of Xilingol League of Inner Mongolia.It means grape picker in Mongolian.The unique culture of Ujimqin grassland has arisen from the long history of nomadic life.Hence,it has enjoyed the reputations such as the Hometown of White Horse and the Hometown of Mongolian costume.The author has taken part in various activities of folk custom in Ujimqin grassland and also experienced the daily life of those herdsmen many times.Deeply impressed by the rich grassland culture,the virtuous and sincere characteristics of local herdsmen as well as the harmonious relationship between human and nature in UJimqin,the author has drawn much inspiration for the creation of oil painting.The oil painting has focused on the life and emotion of local herdsmen as well as the harmonious relationship between human and nature.Before creating the oil painting,the author once collected materials for sketch in UJimqin grassland.The author has also referred to the works of some masters,such as Miller and ??????? ????????????? ???????,who are good at expressing the peaceful emotion in seemingly ordinary daily life in colorful language of oil painting.In order to acquire the technique of artistic expression for the culture of Mongolian grassland,the author has also learned from the Mongolian painters Mr.Tuomusi and Aoen.The creation of oil painting is based on the author's emotional experience of Ujimqin grassland at a deeper level.The emotion has embraced the passion for grassland culture,the awe for the harmonious relationship between human and nature,the worship of wrestlers' power as well as being moved by the kind heart and peaceful life of local herdsmen.The author has reflected on how to express it in the language of oil painting from the sketch to the smaller work of oil painting.By combining the realistic technique with the exaggeration of slight details,the author has sought to express the emotion with the proper composition,spatial feeling as well as the expression,gesture and color rhythm of the subject closely.The creation of the series devoted to the culture of Ujimqin grassland can not only improve the artistic quality and aesthetic awareness of oil painting creation but also determine the direction of future creation.
