Tongling Ginger's Culture Research

This paper analyzes the production folklore of Tongling ginger,and uses the historical literature method and the field investigation method to analyze Tongling ginger by collecting and sorting out the historical origins,production customs,legends and folk ritual activities of Tongling ginger.The concept of culture and the content of thought contained behind it,and put forward the overall protection opinion for the existing existence of white ginger culture.The thesis includes three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.Among them,the body part is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the historical origin of Tongling ginger culture.Firstly,it summarizes the history of Chinese ginger cultivation,then discusses the ginger as a culture,then defines the geographical location of Tongling ginger,from the natural and human environment.Specific analysis,the reason for the existence and continuity of Tongling white ginger.The second chapter is the main content of the thesis.It is mainly from the perspective of Tongling ginger as a folk culture.The first is to introduce the production customs of Tongling ginger in two aspects.Oneis the practice of white ginger as a cash crop,and the other is As a production habit of food,it follows the rituals of the ancestral rituals of Tongling,explores the cultural connotations behind them,how to influence the consciousness of the people and all aspects of rural life,exerts irreplaceable social functions,and finally discusses the value of the legend of Tongling ginger significance.The third chapter mainly discusses the protection of Tongling ginger as an intangible cultural heritage.This chapter is divided into three parts for analysis.Firstly,it analyzes the contemporary value of Tongling ginger's culture,and then introduces the existing situation of Tongling ginger's culture.Finally,It discusses how to carry out the overall protection of Tongling ginger's culture.In short,the formation of the white ginger culture has far-reaching implications for Tongling's local production,society and humanities.In terms of production,the increasing annual output of white ginger determines the proportional structure of local crop production to a certain extent;its folk culture part enriches the daily life of the ginger farmers and the local people,and adds color to the local traditional culture of Tongling;The social aspect has driven the development of local agriculture,food processing industry,tourism and other related industries,and has played a huge role in the steady improvement of the local economy.I believe that the inheritance and development of Bai Jiangculture is a dynamic process.The key is to deal with the relationship between society and society in a modern way,just to play its own value and better coexist with the people,to be able to seek more.More and better ways to continue and inherit.
