The Research Of Kong Yingda's Poetics

The Rectification of Mao's Book of Songs is a comprehensive expression about the study of The Book of Songs in Han Dynasty,at present the research findings about which mostly place emphasis on annotations.This paper studies poem theory of the Rectification of Mao's Book of Songs.Zhou Nan and Shao Nan hold a very important place in the Book of Songs,the explanation of which could reflect Confucian intellectual' speech methods and standpoint of past dynasties well.Kong Yingda's poetic thoughts also mainly reflect in the Er Nan.This paper tries hard to explore the important poetic theories in the Er Nan.First,We will analyze the academic aim of the Rectification of Mao's Book of Songs 'compilation in the view of cultural poetics,and reveal the measures he adopted in order to establish the absolute "rectification" thought from the construction of his own poetics system.By the means of carding the view of Feeling and Ambition again,reconsidering the copyright of Mao Shi Zheng Yi,reinterpreting "Liu Yi" and using Etiquette to explain the Book of Songs and so on,Kong Yingda rebuilt his own poetic system,all of which lie in integrating culture of the north and south,and permeate with the ideology of governor.Hence,it plays a important role in the culture project construction of the Tang Empire naturally.Second,Kong Yingda came up with such propositions as the expressing the people's aspirations by songs,creating songs by poets,the spirit of ode's expatiation,and salvation from poets.We will discuss the cultural connotation about the expressing the people's aspirations by songs thoroughly form literature and history,and the matter that "the people" status is prominent in viewpoint of reform from Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty.In terms of creating songs by poets,Kong Yingda gived the people position of intermediary,we wil analyze character of poet that Kong Yingda praise highly from Confucian intellectual's gentleman personality and explore its psychological implication.The spirit of ode's expatiation had broken down the boundaries of Confucian traditional "Tender and Gentle" preaches in the pre-Qin period,which could be regarded as an amendment for Mao's poetics in Han Dynasty.We will analyze the meaning of the spirit of ode's expatiation and its reason-generation.what's more,the spirit of emperor Taizong,the perfection for the system of giving advice at that time,and Kong Yingda's moral character of advising frankly are worth of discussing in details.Third,Mao shi Zheng is a important reference book for scholars who attended the imperial examination,and had a far-reaching effect on poetics of Tang Dynasty.This paper will inspect and study Chen Ziang,Bai Juyi and Pi Rixiu's poetics who were affected by Kong Yingda's poetry thoughts.In addition,we will discuss relationships between the theory about Xing and Xiang of Mao Shi Zheng Yi and poetry forms in Tang and the Five Dynasties.
