Traditional villages can be said as a special content of the new rural construction, they carry the Chinese nation’s outstanding cultural traditions and the precious historical heritage. With the "modernization of agriculture, rural urbanization, the new rural construction process, most of the traditional village have been the mode of transformation same as ordinary villages, so the old building with typical traditional cultural information are gradually disappearing. Traditional culture is not only the demand of our country’s cultural heritage, cultural prosperity and development, but also the important wealth for the new countryside culture construction in our country, therefore how to develop the exploration on the basis of protecting Chinese traditional village culture has become one of the important topics.This paper attempts to explore the solutions for the problems which traditional villages need to be developed urgently. According to the "Thirteen Five" plan about the precision of rural poverty alleviation strategy, trying to solve the traditional village development through the development of the cultural industries and cultural resources integration strategy and the development of cultural tourism industry of cultural tourism brand building strategy. Take Yuezhou village Songkou Town Fujian Province as an example, try to base on the "one village one product" rural development mode which proposed by "Thirteen Five" plan, focus on fostering the culture industry in the village of the Yuezhou village, cultural resources in Yuezhou village Songkou town Fujian province for system integration, to lay the foundation for the development of cultural tourism and brand building. Finally, this paper makes a systematic study on the visual image design of the cultural tourism brand in the development, and pay attention to the "brand effect" and highlight the cultural power in the tourism market. Therefore, in the integration of cultural resources on the basis of the brand remodeling, trying to take cultures as the core of the brand strategy to develop the traditional villages.
