The Research On The Relationships Between The Documents Citied In Zuozhuan,Guoyu And The Regional Culture In The Pre-Qin Period

Zuozhuan and Guoyu are the important historical works about the Spring and Autumn period.The documents citied in the Zuozhuan and Guoyu are the concentrated reflection about the learning and culture's development and change in the Spring and Autumn period.The documents citied in the Zuozhuan and Guoyu can be divided into two categories:citing classics like Yi Shu and Shi,citing ancient legends were recorded in the bamboo tablets.Because the culture in the Spring and Autumn period had obvious regional characteristics,so the documents citied in the Zuozhuan and Guoyu were also had obvious regional characteristics.In Zuozhuan and Guoyu,only vassal states in the Yellow River basin had citied Yi.The vassal states in the Yangtze River basin,like Chu Wu and Yue had not citied Yi.Contrary,Chu had citied a lot of Shu and Shi.In the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,the status of Zhou were declined,some officials in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty had became unemployment.Some Shu and Shi that were in charge by officials in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty had scattered to the vassal state in the Yangtze River basin like Chu,because they were closed to human affairs and easy to recite.As JiZhou's the divination documents that in charge of professional department,Yi only spread in the Yellow River basin.The theory documents like Shu and Shi had different spread characteristic from the divination documents like Yi.And this characteristic of documents spread had great influence in the later ages.Zuozhuan and Guoyu also recorded some ancient legend happened before the Western Zhou dynasty.Zuozhuan and Guoyu have three characteristics in citing ancient legend:a lot of ancient legend had effects on the ancient emperors,and identified a more detailed system about ancient emperors;Xia Shang Zhou or Yu Xia Shang Zhou had been stated in a row;the purpose of citing ancient legend were various and the way of citing ancient legend were very flexible.Recording ancient legend in Zuozhuan and Guoyu also had obvious regional characteristics.The vassal states in the Yellow River basin had different emperor system from the vassal states in the Yangtze River basin.This two kinds of emperor systems' backgrounds were state culture and nature culture respectively.After Xia and Shang,the vassal states in the Yellow River basin continuously went south to plunder copper mine.North culture and south culture communicated with each other in this course.The Spring and Autumn period was a time of turbulence and change.The status of Zhou were declined,ceremony disintegrated,older order had been collapsing and new order had been shaping.In this revolution period,the culture and thought belonged to different region had impacted and became fused.The culture and thought's change in the Spring and Autumn period had prepared condition for a hundred schools of thought contend in the Warring States period.
