Study Of Tendency Verbs In Red Mansion

The subject of this thesis is the directional verbs in the dream of Red Mansions,and the thesis deals with their syntactic functions.Mainly from the direction verb as the predicate,the central word and act as the complement of the verb after these two angles to discuss and explore,and combined with its "dream of Red Mansions" in the full text of the specific sentence for more in-depth classification research.Chapter 1 general survey of trend verbs.This paper mainly introduces the general survey of the trend verbs in the past,introduces the scope of the directional verbs used in this article,and the classification of the directional verbs from different angles according to different standards.Chapter 2 introduce directional verb notional meanings.This chapter mainly because of the limited space,"a dream of Red Mansions" "to" "go" as the representative of the directional verbs,studied independently as the predicate in usage,and related patterns in the use of the word meaning.Chapter 3 is the grammaticalization of directional verbs(taking "come" and "go" as an example).This paper examines the grammatical forms of "come" and "go" in a dream of Red Mansions,and classifies them to further explore the causes and manifestations of their changes.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the tendency verb as complement.This chapter classifies and examines the situation in which the tendency verb in the dream of Red Mansions involves the position of the verb in the text as a complement,and examines it in accordance with the classification of syllables.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This paper compares the tendency verb usage in the period of "dream of Red Mansions" with the usage of modern Chinese,and finds the universal law.These laws have been embodied in the development and evolution of the directional verbs.
