Based on the current situation of academic research and research,this paper,with full reference to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs,the National Public Library,the press and literature at that time,and on the basis of the current domestic and international academic research results,the donation activities of the earthquake disaster in Northeast China This paper explores the reports and attitudes of the news media in Northeast China after the Kanto Earthquake in 1923.This paper aims to explore the influence of the social elite and leadership in northeast China after the Kanto Earthquake.The Japanese Kanto Earthquake and the basic attitude of fund-raising in Japan,on this basis to explore and analyze the political situation in Northeast China and the relationship with Japan to deal with the problem.Secondly,after the Kanto Earthquake,Zhang Zuolin,Zhang Xueliang and the northeast people's fund-raising scale,range of activities and through the northeastern region of the Japanese disaster relief fundraising to explore the northeastern people's attitude towards Japan's attitude change.Finally,based on the analysis of these activities,this paper explores the essence of the northeastern social problem and the relationship between China and Japan in Northeast China,which is reflected in the donation process of the Northeast China to Japan.
