In the Qing Dynasty,from the central to the local institutions,the format ion of a large number of Manchu archives and a considerable number of Mongyolian(including the Tod),Tibetan and the Archives of the collection of documents.At all levels of the Qing Dynasty,the organs of the official documents formed in the process of government affairs attach great importance,not only to the original in a certain order,but also the important instruments in accordance with the chronological or chronicle always body gradually transcribed to the record and history use,and has specialized agencies and managers for safekeeping.2005,the First Historical Archives and the Mongyolia College of Inner Mongyolia University collaborated to photocopy the books of the archives of the Tibetan Cabinet of the first history archives in Mong?olia.The archives of the Qing Dynasty Mong?olian hall in the history of Mong?olia,Tibet and other regions are not only rich and informative,and it is the original record that the Qing court naturally formed in the process of dealing with the national military affairs,with objectivity and authenticity,it is the most direct first-hand precious material to study the history of this period,so it is more credible than other historical materials,and has a very high academic research value.On the basis of previous studies,I use the official documents,archives and war strategies of the Qing Dynasty to make a comparative study on the similarities and differences between the records of " Revolt of the San Fan" and " Revolt of the Bu Er Ni " in different historical materials.It highlights the historical value of the Qing cabinet Mongyolian Archives and its unique value in the study of the history of Mongyolia and the relationship between Manchu and Mongyolian.
