| Kuai Demo who was the famous official in the Late Qing dynasty,was the only one upright official appeared in the Huai army.He was called highly by Fengxu,Anhui provincial governor,the “crown of the officials of the Late Qing dynasty”.He was famous as the name of "the upright officials" in history,which had a direct relationship with its officials thought and his undertaking measures.In this paper,the first chapter discusses the social environmental factors affect Kuai De Mo’s thought,family factors and personal factors,portraying the under the influence of these factors formed by Kuai DeMo of original ideas.The second chapter discusses the influence of the Taiping heavenly kingdom movement to Kuai DeMo’s thought transformation,the war that he fully realized the importance of social stability,and to solve the people suffering,to cause the idea "officials" gradually.At the same time,the Taiping heavenly kingdom movement of Suzhou society also caused incalculable loss,the disastrous consequences to become Kuai DeMo to solve the main problems in the Chapter 3 and chapter 4,which main writing Kuai De Mo governed Suzhou,when its officials thought on social practice,namely its achievement,mainly from the prison suit,upbringing and education.He promoted the beneficial things or abolished the harmful things,sentenced to prison kindly,promotion of worship temple,and practiced education.His governance in Suzhou area,which was the best for local social and economic recovery from the postwar laid a foundation.Because of this,he had the officialdom.Thirty years after his death,followed villager collectors spared no efforts to boost he into the officials “national history”,and finally made it to the officials in the name of radiant in history.By the investigation of Kuai Demo,wo can contrast the officials thought of the formation,the function of gorvenmence,and in the process,we also can understand the role of the social environment,so do the present social governance. |
