Study On Cultural Construction Of New Socialist Countryside In Fanzhen

At the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of Communist Party,China puts forward a program to construct the socialist new countryside,the main characters of new socialist countryside are product development,living in affluence,custom civilization,appearance neatness and managing democracy.The socialist new countryside culture building which improving farmer's ideology by scientific rational thinking,provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support for new socialist countryside.Investigation and study found that it has introduced a series of policies in Fanzhen of Shandong province,such asimproved farmer's culture quality;richer cultural life;upgraded public cultural infrastructure construction;the traditional culture are protected and so on.But there are also some problems,such as the talent team construction problems;absence of culture brand and culture industry construction;low useful culture-related facilities for public;backward culture;cultural construction is influenced by season.This paper analyzed the reasons in allusion to problems of socialist new countryside culture building.Then it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main reason has the deviation of function of basic level government,the lack of countryside culture security system and rural culture construction,the short of farmers' scientific and cultural levels.Here we suggest that we must strengthen cultural quality education,management,publicity assurance.We should also strengthen the protection of excellent traditional culture and the construction of cultural industry.The socialism new rural cultural construction promoted the modernized and popularized in sinicization of Marxism.It has essence of the traditional culture in the countryside.In order to build a well-off society,we need to take the history mission and social responsibilities in the process of social development.The socialist new countryside culture building continue to be a driving force for Chinese cultural confidence.
