Culture teaching is an essential part of teaching Chinese as a second language.This paper will define the word culture and culture,and they are classified according to the academic standard.Teaching material of teaching Chinese as a second language is related to teachers and students,which is the most important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.At first,this paper classifies and counts the Chinese cultural words in the syllabus of graded words for Chinese proficiency,and researches based on Road to Success·-Intermediate.In this paper,the number of Chinese cultural words and beyond syllabus of graded words for Chinese proficiency in the textbooks is statistically analyzed.At second,I classify all the cultural words beyond syllabus of graded words for Chinese proficiency,and count the percentage of all kinds of cultural words.Then,it analyzes the ways and the reasons of the emergence of Chinese cultural words in Road to Success·Intermediate,and then classifies the Chinese cultural words and discusses the problems.Finally,this paper makes some comments on the unreasonable aspects of the Chinese cultural words beyond syllabus of graded words for Chinese proficiency in Road to Success·Intermediate,and puts forward the principles,methods and Strategies of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
