The Music Study On Erhu Concertos Of Yunnan Folk Style

The erhu concertos of Yunnan folk style actually refers to the the erhu concertos that are characterized with the Yunnan folk music style.Yunnan folk music style carries the features of regionalism,nationality and musicality of Yunnan,such as the fairy tales and historical legends,the special melody and skills,the local customs and cultures.In terms of artistic creation and music development,Wangfu Yun and Ashima are the most representative.Both of them adopt the love stories in Yunnan ethnic minority as themes,and take Bai minority music and Yi minority music as creation materials.With the strong Yunnan folk style,the concertos with the instrument of erhu skillfully demonstrate the landscape,humanity and music of the Yunnan minority area.These two erhu concertos,written by Mr.Dong Jinhan,carries significant Yunnan folk music style.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter one is the overview of erhu concertos of Yunnan folk music style,focusing on the representation and creation features of Yunnan folk music style in the Wangfu Yun and Ashima.Chapter two,in terms of the musical structure,this paper explores the musical structure of two works from the macro-perspective,and reveals their common features of creation.In chapter three,from the aspect of music ontology,this paper makes an analysis of the melody,tonality,beat and speed from the micro-perspective.Chapter four elaborates on the use of Yunnan folk music style in the erhu concertos from such performing skills as the power control when playing erhu,the influence of kneading string on the timbre,and the use of the technique.Chapter five summarizes the creation representation characteristics of the Yunnan folk music style in the erhu concertos,Wangfu Yun and Ashima.The significant characteristics are as follows,the combination of feeling,landscape and stories,the emphasis on the performing form of Chinese and western integration,the demonstration of the traditional Chinese music aesthetics.In the end,this paper concludes that the relationship between erhu concertos and Yunnan flok music style are mutually permeable,mutually reinforcing and influential.Only when the relationship between erhu concertos and Yunnan folk music style is well balanced can we promote the development of the folk music.
