Research On The Music And Performance Of Erhu Concerto "Dream Pursuing Beijing"

The second er'hu concerto “Dream High” was created in 2002 by Mr.Guan Naizhong,its described the scenes of old times in Beijing which the composer remembered.Its combined with quyi,Chinese operas and other elements into this song which makes it fully with Beijing rhyme and modern views,and a lot of er'hu player chose to learn this song.Its also one of the songs the writer's played in their graduation concert.However,most of the learners have lack of skills to express the Beijing rhyme for this song,could not express the emotions and meanings which Mr.Guan Naizhong putting into.There are still have plenty of room for current study to develop.Through literature research method,music analysis,comparison study,interview method and other studies to analyze its musical feature's rhyme and regional styles specialties,and have interviewed some relevant people,suck as: Mr.Guo Peixin who are the excellent crosstalk and young performing artist in Shandong province,the winner of the highest prize of “China Quyi Peony Awards”,and his pupil Liu Suo,Guan Zhi the young single string and three string player in Shandong province.Interviewed the different management as the point of penetration in national music specialties with the two players,and conducted systematically analysis for the second er'hu concerto “Dream High”.Abstracted the problems which needed to be focused during the show and to provide better ideas for learners to study and borrow.Meanwhile,the writer believes that er'hu players should pay more attention in analysis and the inner understanding of each songs,and to seizes the style of it.
