Adverbs in modern Chinese language can modify and limit a verb,an adjective and the whole sentence as well, which is a more complex part of speech and its function serves as an adverbial word in a sentence. The meaning of adverbs are rather abstract(such as modal adverbs),while others are more practical. They have both the natures of notion and function and in most cases, are quantified, complex and flexible in their syntactic position. For a non-native speaker,it is difficult for him or her to learn and use adverbs of Chinese,as he or she,in the process of learning and using adverbs, may make various tendentious mistakes. The paper studies whether bilingual teachers of national minority in Xinjiang master the usage of modern Chinese adverbs and whether there are biased errors. It,according to the theories of Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition, analyzes the usage and biased mistakes of adverbs in practice writing test of grade HSK5 by those 245 minority teachers who take training at the Shanghai Normal University. From the perspective of grammar first,it analyzes the ill usage of all kinds of adverbs, such as omission,addition,over-representation,wrong order and mix and so on,and further explains the reasons. Then, some teaching suggestions are put forward, hoping to provide some references for the training of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
