Research On The Bilingual Teachers Training In The Minority Regions Of Xinjiang

To improve the quality of Ethic minority teachers by bilingual teachers training,and accelerate the development of xinjiang bilingual education in an impront way. Bilingual Education in xinjiang Minority Regions of the effective implementation can not do without the support of schools teachers.The quality of teachers affects the effective implementation of bilingual education.The paper is on the investigation to bilingual teachers from Yili two middle schools of the bilingual expermental class,to discussion the minority teachers's views of current status of bilingual education,and the attitude of bilingual teaching problems and solutions.A bilingual teacher for self-development aspirations.
