| Subjective well-being referred to the experience of individuals in accordance with their own assessment criteria,the satisfaction with life,the positive and negative emotions.As the index of mental health level,Subjective well-being was the focus of the ideological and health education workers in modern universities,and it had become the main content of the researchers’ research.Mindfulness referred to the individual’s attention to the control,objective observation and acceptance the current physical and mental state and change.As the third wave of cognitive and behavioral therapy,it is favored by more and more researchers.Depression referred to the individual in the face of adverse events encountered in the event of pain,sadness and other negative emotional experience,and thus triggered a series of physiological and psychological symptoms and behavioral problems.Self-control referred to the individual through their own emotions,the behavior management,the inhibition of impulsive behavior and habitual behavior response,and consciously adjusted the internal psychological activities and explicit behavior,so that they met the social norms or achieved a certain goal.Individual depression and self-control has a crucial role in training and development of the person’s healthy personality,good interpersonal relationships and other aspects.Previous studies had found that the level of mindfulness had an impact on subjective well-being,and there were the other factors that may exist between the two,this study introduced two variables of depression and self-control.On the one hand,it was discussed the relationship between the level of mind and the subjective well-being,and the relationship between depression and self-control.On the other hand,it was discussed the mechanism between depression and self-control.In this study,the literature reviewed method was used to analyze and discuss the existing research,and then the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the 800 undergraduates of four different undergraduates with different sexes,grades,students’ the study.The study not only enriched the research results of college students’ mind-seeking level and subjective well-being,but also put forward some suggestions on how to improve the subjective well-being.The study drew the following conclusions:1.College students’ mindfulness level showed no significant difference except the place of birth in gender,grade and the only child,but dimensions of it were significant differences in gender,grade,the place of birth and the only child.2.College students’ depression showed no difference in gender and the only children,and there were significant differences in grades and the place of birth.3.College students’ self-control showed no difference in gender and the place of birth,and there were significant differences in grades and the only children.But dimensions of it were significant differences in gender and students’4.College students’ subjective well-being showed no significant difference in gender,grade,the place of birth and the only child,but dimensions of it were significant differences in the only child5.College students’ mindfulness level,depression and subjective well-being were significantly correlated.6.Depression was the mediator variable between college students’ mindfulness level and subjective well-being,and the mediating effect was remarkable.7.Self-control is the moderator variable between college students’ mindfulness and subjective well-being,and the regulation effect is remarkable.8.Depression on the level of college students mind and subjective well-being of the intermediary role of the self-control by the regulation,that there was a mediating effect of regulation. |
