This paper aimed to find out whether mindfulness practice could have effects on people’s mindfulness level and subjective well-being. Researchers recruited people through a speech in university and divided them into two groups, each of which would take part in a6-week mindfulness-based training. In the end,14member’s data were available. Before and after the training, researchers investigated all the members’mindfulness level and subjective well-being by means of questionnaires.During the training, the members were told to bring up the log of their practice time, with the time of formal practice and informal practice. Finally, this paper found out that the level of mindfulness changed significantly after the training, while subjective well-being didn’t follow suits. Furthermore, besides correlation between the amount of practice and one of the subscales in FFMQ is obvious at edge, none of other indexes significantly correlates with amount of practice.
