Research On Thought On Morality Cultivation In The Interpretation Of The Great Learning

The Confucian thought on morality cultivation is put forward by Confucius,his t hought set up a link between self cultivation and to pacify people around the country,known as the " Sageliness within and Kingliness without",and it focused on the old book" The Great Learning".Zhu Xi inherited and carry forward this idea,he used hi s Neo Confucianism to interpret and supplement " The Great Learning ",wrote the n ew work"The Interpretation of the Great Learning",he called it" the gate to morality",and transformed "emperor's knowledge" in to a "people's learning" in "The Great Learning".It shows that times and practical significance.The new version of the" Th e interpretation of the Great Learning" focuses on cultivating himself or herself,then cultivate others,and to realize the social idea "arrive at supreme goodness",provide r eference forbuilding a harmonious society,and eliminating the moral crisis.Study on t he interpretation of the great learning,thought of self-cultivation,grasp the cultivating oneself and governing others from the whole,explore the content which is suitable for the needs of today's social development,and to use it today.The goal of this paper is to sort out "The pretation of the Great Learning" and Z hu Xi's other related books,and explore the connotation of thought on morality cultiv ation.In the first chapter,analysis of the theory of human nature is good from the" T he Great Learning preface" and it included self-Cultivation,Cultivate others,and for m moral customs ideal.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the contents of mora lity cultivation from manifesting virtue and the perspective of morality cultivation.In t he third chapter,the analysis of "self cultivation" and "cultivation of others" two aspe cts in new people,and compare the relationship among"self cultivation","cultivation of others" "saints" and "people".analysis of "Xinmin" method.In the fourth chapter,analysis of the thought on morality is the most fundamental goal to abide the highest g ood.In the fifth chapter,combined with the above four chapters,this paper discusses t he significance of the thought on morality in the pretation of the great learning.
