In recent years,cultural industries are listed or backdoor listings,becoming the most active in body of the market and one of the power to promote the development of social economy.The stand of capital operation and capital management,not only relates to the survival and development of an enterprise,is more about the revitalization and development of the industry.According to the culture and related industry classification(2012)standard,cultural services occupy the main part and core of culture industry,covering about seventy percent of the ten categories,and offer main products and services of spiritual culture to the public.Capital financing is an important means of listed companies' capital operation and realize the value of the company.So,research on the capital operation status of small and medium-sized listed cultural services companies and its relationship with business performance has a great theoretical significance and practical value.New three board stock transfer system as a platform for small and medium enterprises,providing public listing and smoothly financing raising for small and medium-sized enterprise.In recent three years,the new three board listed company rising fourteen times,and total market value,up from 55.306 one hundred billion o 24584.42 one hundred billion,forty-four times growth.Issuing shares and financing fastest growing,amount is seventy-nine times and one hundred and twenty-one times respectively;clinch a deal amount is two hundred and thirty-four times in three years.New three board developing rapidly,the prospect is good,so the new three board listed company will become the industry and academia's new trend in the future.This paper choose four hundred and sixty-seven new three board culture service of small and medium-sized listed companies as the research object.Exploring the relationship between capital structure and business performance,and raising the strategy of the raise capital operation mechanism,cultural services for the new three board development bring some reference value in real life.In this paper,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,using SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software,using correlation analysis,multiple linear regression way analyze four hundred and sixty-seven new three board culture services the data of listed companies,the following conclusions:The capital asset-liability ratio is negatively related to operating performance of cultural services of listed companies,and a u-shaped relationship,but no significant second linear fitting relationship.The short-term debt is actively related to operating performance of cultural services of listed companies;the long-term debt is negatively related to operating performance of cultural services of listed companies.In the process of actual data collection,founding the new three board culture services listed companies mainly tend to short-term debt,which consistent with the nature of the small and medium-sized enterprises.The top ten shareholders ownership and operating performance are actively related and the company size,company's growth are actively related with operating performance.Company's size is larger,the company's growth is better,the capital operation ability is stronger,and corporate governance structure is more perfect and further affect the performance.On the above conclusions,the fifth chapter puts forward a lifting strategy with capital operation about new three board culture service industry listed company,may be biased,but we looking forward to constantly improve in the future.
