The cultural industry with the advantages of distinctive ideology, low resource consumption and the great appreciation of space continuously highlights the obvious economic benefits in the development of national economy, has become the current the most potential sunrise industry in the world economy in recent years. Along with the transition of the market economy system and the innovation of industry, cultural industry in our country enterprise gradually transformed into independent, self-sustaining modern enterprise, started on the path of the capital market financing. Public cultural enterprises as a new market main body culture industry in China, most of the domestic scholars pay more attention to public cultural enterprises financing and capital structure, also has obtained the comparatively abundant research results, but the public cultural enterprises human capital research done less. At present, human capital has become the strategic resources of enterprises to keep its competitive advantage, the human ideology to guide the formation of the culture industry is particularly important to the economic contribution, therefore, to study the effect of human capital of culture industry enterprise performance is of great significance. A rich human resources of the enterprise does not mean that have can keep the enterprise core competitive power of the human capital, human capital to the company due to some enterprises blindly pursuing performance of driving, the simple understanding of human capital in order to lower labor costs or excessive absorption of high-tech talents for the so-called human capital investment, thus it is easy to fall into the human capital investment, within a certain area, industry in our country exists the phenomenon of excessive human capital investment. Cultural industry based on the empirical research on the human capital influence on corporate performance of listed companies is analyzed, can be more intuitive and accurate understanding of the cultural industry in our country human capital status of listed companies, to provide valuable information for the enterprise, is helpful for enterprises to better management, as well as human capital participating in income distribution cultural industry to provide quantitative reference basis.In this article, on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research results, selection of the culture industry listed companies as the research object, combined with the characteristics of cultural industry development in China, analyzing the human capital status quo of public cultural enterprises in our country, based on the data of listed companies related cultural industry and examination, use Eviews software, multiple regression analysis to find the correlation of substitution variables of human capital and corporate performance, and finally based on the empirical research conclusion, put forward the cultural industry the human capital investment strategy and compensation mechanism of listed companies to establish a series of policy Suggestions.By compared with the domestic existing research, this paper owns its opinions in the following ways:Firstly,the definition of cultural industry of human capital. This paper points out that the diversity of cultural industry and forbearance determines the industry’s human capital and human capital is the most other industries the key difference is that:in addition to the characteristics of human capital in general enterprise, also including the reflect on producers of originality, innovation ability and judgment of cultural interpretation ability, human capital structure is also more diverse. So the cultural industry can not simply rely on human capital like general economic industry scale and production scale to improve business performance, also does not rely solely on absorption of high-level human capital to enhance competitive advantage.Secondly, the research object in the sense of innovation and practice. Although the scholars at home and abroad have some research on human capital and corporate performance, but foreign study was conducted in the relatively mature market environment, and in the different areas of the economy in our country and research conclusion is different in different industries. Enterprise human capital and corporate performance of listed culture research, is the new perspective of culture industry research, at the same time is the study of human capital and corporate performance in a certain industry new added.Thirdly, the new conclusion of empirical research. Professional and technical personnel proportion relation with corporate performance is not present, existing in the current cultural industry general human capital investment excesses, engaged in professional and technical personnel and professional work does not match the skills lead to failed to give full play to the role; Were not associated with employee compensation and corporate performance, visible at present cultural industry listed companies pay structure is unreasonable, reasonable pay structure must be carried out in the reform.
