The Influence Of Interpersonal Relationship Experience On Trust Repair

Trust plays an important role in maintaining and expanding economic order,reducing transaction costs,promoting economic development and prosperity.Trust affects interpersonal interaction and plays an important role in people with organizations,organizations and organizations.However,in real life trust violation occasionally occur.We trust others,but others have betrayed our trust,which may take revenge and a series of serious consequences.How to repair or restore trust has become an important issue in trust research.Trust repair is affected by many factors,such as repair strategy,repair time and so on.According to social network theory and the dynamic model of bilateral interaction theory of trust,interaction between the two sides may affect trust repair results,this paper will research the relationship attribute,aims to use repeated trust game to explore the impact of interpersonal relationship experience of trust repair.This study consists of three experiments:In the first experiment,59 college students were selected as the subjects and the repeated trust game in the real scene was used.The real money was used as the experimental material.The experiment is a two factor mixed design,independent variables have a between subjects factor and a within subjects factor:The between subjects factor is interpersonal relationship experience,there are two levels,which are the long relationship interpersonal experience and short interpersonal experience;the internal factors are four interactive test.The dependent variable is the amount of money invested by the subjects.The effect of the long and short experience of interpersonal relationship on the trust repair is analyzed through the analysis of the change of the amount of investment.In the second experiment,105 college students were selected as the subjects and the repeated trust game on computer was used.The experiment is a two factor mixed experimental design,independent variables have a within subjects factor and a between subjects factor:the between subjects variable is the relationship experience of different lengths of time,including the control group,no relaticnship experience group,shortand long experience relationship experience group,within subjects factor is three an interactive test at different time;the dependent variable is the money investment by subjects.The effect of the long and short experience of interpersonal relationship on the trust repair is analyzed through the analysis of the change of the amount of investment.In the third experiment,32 college students were selected as the subjects and the repeated trust game on computer was used.The experiment is a within-subjects experimental design,the one of within-subjects factor is the nature of relationship experience,there are positive and negative two levels;the other one is three interactive test in different time.The dependent variable is the amount of investment subjects.The effect of the positive and negative experience of interpersonal relationship on the trust repair is analyzed through the analysis of the change of the amount of investment.Based on the experimental results and analysis,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The effect of trust repair is better under the condition of long interpersonal experience than short interpersonal experience.2.After the breach of trust,with the interpersonal interaction,the level of trust will be improved with the progress of time.3.After the violation of trust,the effect of trust repair of the non interpersonal relationship experience group was worse than that of the control group,long interpersonal relationship experience and short relationship experience group.4.The positive interpersonal relationship before the breach of trust is more conducive to the recovery of trust level than the negative interpersonal relationship.
