A Comparative Study On The Organizational Management Between Beijing Music Festival And Salzburg Festival

At present,China's research on non-profit art institutions and organizations is still in its infancy,especially there is still a lot of room for improvement in the aspect on the study of the organization of the art.Based on the theory of NPOs and comparative analysis on for-profit festival,this paper summarized that the general organization management characteristics of the international arts festival and the Inadequacy of China 's Arts Festival in Organizational Management.This paper analyzes the background of the organization and development of the organization,the foundation,the establishment of the organization,the human resource management and the volunteer management.Based on the international common model,it explores the advantages of the Chinese art Development of the "Chinese characteristics" organizational management model.It is hoped that the guidance and reference of the internationalization and professional development of the organization.Organization of our arts festival should be carried out at the theoretical guidance and the practical operation level.
