Left-behind children is a special social group,which is the rapid development of China's economy and the transfer of rural labor to cities.Many research results show that compared with non-left-behind children,left-behind children have higher depression,loneliness and anxiety level,so it is particularly important to explore the effect factors of left-behind children's emotional adjustment and the influence factors to design effective intervention measures.Self-compassion refers to individual defects do not avoid their suffering or exist,can objectively evaluate their own,pay attention to contact with others,identify themselves with an open and tolerant attitude,but pay attention to their negative emotions,to maintain physical and mental harmony,of their own shortcomings and insufficient understanding and attitude by non-critical.And understand their experience is universal.Self-compassion has an important protective effect on the mental health of individuals,and a large number of studies show that self-compassion has a significant positive correlation with positive emotions and negative emotions.Emotional adjustment is an important index to measure the adaptation and mental health of adolescents.Based on the characteristics of self-compassion and emotional experience behind junior middle school students adaptation and self-compassion adaptation effect on mood were studied and developed to improve the intervention program experience left behind junior high school students self-compassion level,and help to improve their emotional adjustment.In this study,depression,anxiety and loneliness were used as indicators of emotional adjustment.In this study,we investigated the characteristics of self-compassion and emotional adaptation of 175 left-behind students in grade 2 and grade eight in two secondary schools in Xinyang,and the effects of self-compassion on emotional adjustment.In view of the important influence of self-compassion on the emotional adjustment of the left behind junior high school students,the self-compassion intervention program in the second study was designed to intervene the self-sympathy of 12 left behind junior high school students.The conclusions are as follows:(1)experience left-behind junior high school students in depression,anxiety and loneliness was significantly higher than that of no experience left-behind junior high school students;experience left-behind junior middle school students was significantly lower than that of common humanity in no experience left-behind junior high school students;experience left-behind junior high school students in depression,anxiety and loneliness in gender and grade differences are not significant;experience left-behind junior high school students' self-kindness,common humanity and mindfulness does not exist significant gender and grade differences.(2)self-compassion of the three dimensions of self-kindness,common humanity and mindfulness of the left-behind junior high school students have an important role in emotional adaptation.(3)through the intervention of self-compassion for the improvement of experience left-behind junior high school students' emotional adjustment scheme is feasible,the intervention experience left-behind junior high school students self-kindness,common humanity and mindfulness,depression and anxiety level were significantly decreased,but no significant change of loneliness.
