This study used the Youth Mental Resilience Scale(RSCA)compiled by Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun(2008)and the School Adaptation Scale(LASS)compiled by Cui Na(2008)to conduct 600 junior high school students in two middle schools in Shijiazhuang City.The investigation of the current situation of psychological resilience and school adaptation,combined with the theory of group counseling and related technologies,designed a group counseling program suitable for junior high school students to improve their psychological flexibility,intervene the psychological flexibility of junior high school students,and then make their schools adaptation level is better.The study focused on the psychological flexibility of junior high school students and school adaptation,and explored the characteristics of junior high school students in terms of psychological resilience and school adaptation,and the correlation between the two.The results show that:(1)There are differences in the demographic variables of junior high school students.Among them,the psychological flexibility of the junior high school students(target focus,emotional control,positive cognition,family support,interpersonal assistance)is significant in the only child,class cadre,and student source.Differences,there is no difference in gender,the school adaptation of junior high school students(study adaptation,school attitude,peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,routine adaptation)also has significant differences in the only child,class cadre,student source,and not in gender.has a difference.(2)The psychological flexibility of the junior high school students(target focus,emotional control,positive cognition,family support,interpersonal assistance)are significantly different from the school adaptation(study adaptation,school attitude,peer relationship,teacher-student relationship,routine adaptation).Positive correlation.Study 2 used the experimental group before and after the test design,in which the experimental group of 30 primary school students,the experimental group for eight weeks of group counseling,and then the two groups of subjects after the test.The results showed that:(1)In the post-test results,the psychological flexibility and school adaptation of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different.The psychological flexibility level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the school adaptation level was significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)The psychological elasticity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the previous test.The school adaptation level was significantly higher than that of the previous test.There was no significant difference between the psychological flexibility of the control group and the pre-test and post-test of the school adaptation level.Therefore,it can be shown that psychological flexibility training can help improve the level of school adaptation of junior high school students.
