An-Shih Rebellion is very important because of acting as a turning point of Tang.The officers of An-Shih regime have effect on Tang and An-Shih regime,because they has worked for both regime.So through the activity of them we can understand the developing process of An-Shih regime.The article contains 5 chapters,Chapter 1,defining the meaning and type of Wei-Guan.First,author define the meaning of Wei-Guan and discuss the usage of this word.Second,according to the regime feature of Wei-Guan,author classify the Wei-Guan,and distinguish the difference of Wei-Guan and Xian-Zeiguan.Third,introduce other names of Wei-Guan.Chapter 2,analyze Wei-Guan which are classified,and research An-Shih Rebellion from different perspectives.First example is former following,such as Zhang-Tongru,and discussing the struggle of An-Shih regime.Second example are someone who forwardly surrender,such as Chen-Xilie.Third example are someone who passively surrender and serve for enemy,such as Geshu-Han,and discussing the situation of the time before the rebellion.Forth example are someone who passively surrender but attack the enemy from regime inside,such asZhang-Xiancheng.Chapter 3,change and influence of po licy against Wei-Guan After the rebellion,Xuan-Zong,Su-Zong and Dai-Zong sentence Wei-Guan several times,and the result of every judgment are different,so those bring about different influences for war situation.Chapter 4,analyze the reasons for surrender.This part research the reason from social situation and the perspective of Wei-Guan,based on the premise of abandoning moral judgment.Chapter 5,summarize the conclusion and propose the starting point of this research.
