Legend of Chunhyang,finished in Lee Dynasty in the 18th century,is regarded as one of the three great classics in South Korea,and a well-known literary work in Korean Peninsula.The contents of Legend of Chunhyang reflect the feudal hierarchy,the characteristics of Korean ethnic culture and the public demands in Lee Dynasty,and it has been voted "the work which best embodies the deep cultural psychology of Korean ethnicity" by the literary circle of South Korea.Chunhyang is an ethnicity-themed novel written by a contemporary Chinese Korean writer called Jin Renshun,who said Chunhyang was her way back home.The creation of the novel is based on the writer's ethnic identity with Korean ethnicity,takes the story of Korean classic novel Legend of Chunhyang as the frame and rearranges it with modern consciousness.These two works have non-negligible relativity.Since its publishment,Chunhyang has been drawing much attention and won the "10th Courser Award of Minority Literature" for Jin Renshun,displaying remarkable literary status.Jin Renshun's ethnicity-themed novel Chunhyang inherits and reconstructs Legend of Chunhyang.From the perspective of ethnic identity,Jin Renshun'sChunhyang inherits the folk literature form,folk culture content and ethnic character of Legend of Chunhyang.From the perspective of gender,Chunhyang reconstructs the characters and the theme of Legend of Chunhyang with a strong female consciousness.Under the influence of multi-cultural society,Jin Renshun uses the classical ethnicity-themed wbrk Chunhyang to reflect the backtracking and pursuit of minority writer concerning ethnic consciousness in the Chinese language environment,and finishes the construction of the ethnic history and culture of the Korean Peninsula with the ethnic and cultural identity of the Chinese Korean ethnic group.
