Study On The Traditional Cultural Security Issues In The Rural Tourism Development

Culture is the lifeblood of the nation and the embodiment of national strength and cultural security is the core component of national security,which is the premise and guarantee of national inheritance and the maintenance of a country.Under the background of economic globalization and Western cultural hegemony,cultural security issue has risen to a major strategic issue concerning the rise and fall of the country.China is an agricultural country whose excellent traditional culture rooted in the countryside which is the soil and homes of nurturing lives and nourishing cultural tradition.From the policy of national cultural revitalization,the foundation of the birth and development of Chinese culture lies in the country,the hope of revival and reconstruction can hardly do without the country after decades of destruction.The future of rural China bears the fate of the inheritance and development of Chinese culture,as a result,we should find the root of confidence and the road to revival of Chinese national culture in rural civilization.With the arrival of the era of mass tourism and with the support of national policy,the development of rural tourism in China is in full swing,however,the safety of rural culture has met severe challenges because of the development of tourism.Rural culture plays an important role in the traditional culture which is also crucial to the national cultural revitalization strategy,therefore,under the background of cultural revitalization strategy and the beautiful countryside construction,how to promote the excellent traditional culture diffusion and inheritance,avoid the security risks in the development of rural tourism and ensure the safety of rural culture have become the major practical problems that must be confronted in the new era,thus,the analysis of the framework of the connotation of rural cultural security and the origin of the problem have become the premiss and basis for the safeguard of the study of cultural security.Based on the cultural security research perspectives as the breakthrough point,based on the theory of cultural acculturation,tourism culture propagation theory,the new development theory,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper discusses the traditional villages in the process of tourism development problems of rural culture.In this paper,the research content mainly includes: first,based on the rural culture forms,the analysis of the connotation of the construct the countryside culture security framework,namely rural physical culture security,security system of rural culture,rural cultural security and ecological agriculture culture security,establish a standardized framework to the research of rural cultural security;Second,through the literature analysis,observation and field research methods such as combed the village culture safety index system of influencing factors,and selected guoliang village in henan province as research object,from two perspective of community residents and tourists,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,to explore the tourism development before and after the analysis of their perception of the local rural cultural security;Third,based on analysis of rural cultural connotation of the security framework to further explore guoliang village rural cultural security problems in the process of tourism development,and attempts on the basis of mechanism analysis;Finally,in view of the traditional village in the process of tourism development rural problems of cultural security,from set up the local cultural self-confidence,create a good social environment,to establish a mechanism to revive traditional culture inheritance and several aspects,such as simple countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
