The Comet In Politics Of Modern Jiangsu-Ying Dehong

Dehong Ying,with his father Baoshi Ying,becomes an official by aassistant post.They are the same as Xuanhuai Sheng and KangSheng.They all have famous family of aides and staff at the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China in Jiangsu Province.Dehong Ying,inheriting his father taught,is very familiar with the staff of the finance,law and other business,as well as the political and economic interpersonal relationships which belong to his father working in the Jiangsu political arena among twenty years.So when he enters politics,he is always actives in Jiangsu political arena and plays successively a staff role in the private bureaucracy of FangDuan,ZhengRui,Dequan Cheng and so on.Finally,Ying has served as the Jiangsu Provincial Civil Affairs Minister,Jiangsu Governor and other staff from backstage to foreground in the office of the commanding officer of Dequan Cheng,because he makes the Revolution of 1911 of Suzhou a success in the way of Glorious Revolution.However,the second revolution breaks out,when he is ready to show his talent.Then he and Cheng pursue a career to reconcile the North and South and protect the area and the people,which hasn't be taken and given up by the two sides of Shikai Yuan and Zhongshan Sun.Ying and Cheng resign and retreat at the same time,Cheng is fleeing into Buddhism while Ying is throwning to prison on false charges.After his release,he is died of grief at the age of 43 years old in 1919.The time that he makes a career as aprovincial chief in the Jiangsu political arena is only two years.His political life is very short which just like a fleeting comet.Ying makes brief appearance in Jiangsu political stage,which makes him not to enter the eyes of the world for a long term and be ignored by people.His life is the same with comet's life,which is short,whereas as its bright and flashing light is a beautiful scenery at night.Though the time that Ying work as the governor of Jiangsu Province is less than two years,the time is at the beginning of the Republic of China and at the early exploration of the new political and economic system.Ying plays his talents at the time that everything needs to be rebuilt,and he is able to carry out drastic reforms among the establishment of a new political and economics ystem in Jiangsu Province and to make a lot of performances which predecessors have not explored.Today,follwing his footsteps of that year and analyzing the historical significance of its political achievements also have certain benefits for our reform and opening-up.
