| In this thesis,based on the modern Chinese,ancient Chinese and Chinese dialect corpus as the basic material to classify the semantic functions of Chinese adverb “Ke”(?),and combine the syntactics,semantics and pragmatics et al to discuss related problem of its each semantic functions,in the foundation of these,estabilish the semantic associations between its each semantic functions using the theories of semantic map and grammaticalization,conclude its implicational universals,especially the implicational universals of Chinese dialect adverb“Ke”(?)to grasp the meaning of Chinese adverb“Ke”(?)roundly.During the research,trys to live up to “four combination ”: form and meaning,diachronic and synchronic,static and dynamic,descriptive and interpretive,and “three full”: full of observation,full of description and full of explanation.The thesis mainly includes five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the research status of Chinese adverb“Ke”(?),the domestic and international research status of semantic map,explicts the purpose and significance of this thesis,proposes research methods of this thesis and illustrates main theories,corpus source and article style arrangement et al of this thesis.The second chapter is mainly based on modern Chinese and ancient Chinese corpus in a various of authoritative dictionaries,literature and Peking University corpus as basic material,to classify the semantic functions of Chinese common language adverb “Ke”(?),and combine the syntactics,semantics and pragmatics et al to explain such classfication ulteriorly.At the same time,on the strength of previous researches,supplements and discusses the usage of its various functions from syntactic,semantic and pragmatic levels.The third chapter is mainly based on the corpus of the field investigation of 29 dialect points as basic material,supplemented by the dialect corpus in dialect dictionaries,local chronicle texts,thesis scores and dialect TV programs,to classify the semantic functions of Chinese dialect adverb “Ke”(?),find the characteristic usage of Chinese dialect adverb in various points by comparing with modern Chinese adverb “Ke”(?),and explore some other related problem,such as supplements and amendments of semantic items and areal disturibution of semantic functions of Chinese dialect adverb “Ke”(?),origin of negative verb “Ke”(?)in Guichi dialect.The fourth chapter mainly introduces steps of drawing of semantic map,teases the development vein of Chinese adverb “Ke”(?),estabilish the semantic associations between its each semantic functions by semantic map model and concludes its implicational universals,especially the implicational universals of Chinese dialect adverb“Ke”(?).Conclusion part summarizes the main achievements and innovations in this thesis,and points out the shortcomings and describes the prospect for future research. |
