A Report On Translation Of 2015-2016 Baldrige Excellence Framework-Education

As an effective business management method,performance management has been increasingly recognized and adopted by different kinds of enterprises.The2015-2016 Baldrige Excellence Framework-Education is of great significance as it provides a series of innovative principles of performance management under the systems approach.This report is based on the translation from English to Chinese of this text.After analyzing the text from the perspective of Peter Newmark's text typology theory,it was concluded that the translation belongs to the informational as well as the vocative text.The report consists of four parts: the description of translation tasks which gives a brief introduction to the translation task and its background;the translation processes which involves the preparation before translation,the translation process together with the translation proofreading;the concise analysis of word and sentence translation for both types texts under the guidance of Newmark's communicative translation methods as well as the outcome of the translation practice.
